Carroll Properties Investments, Inc. provides various levels of hotel and resort management. Our range of services covers all aspects of property oversight, including day-to-day business administration. We have a skilled team that supervises more than 275 employees in the United States, with a base of operations in Fort Myers, Florida.

Our Staff

James Carroll - Founder

Jim Carroll is the controlling shareholder and Managing Partner of Carroll Properties Investments, Inc. Those that know Jim describe him as focused, driven, and as a highly regarded expert in the hospitality industry sector. Jim's roll is focused on new construction, site analysis, property renovations, and project financing.


Pat Carroll - Co-Founder

Pat is a Managing Partner and is focused on sales and marketing where she manages and organizes all franchise brand relationships with the national hotel chains and oversees the financial functions for the company. Pat is involved in various community and charitable activities including the Second Chance Boutique.


Todd Carroll - President

Todd is very excited to lead Carroll Properties into the future; he is involved directly with new development, acquisitions, property site analysis, product financing, and management. He is aggressive toward expanding new management opportunities and existing hotel properties and through acquisitions.


Bill Selesky - Director of Operations

Bill is the Director of Operations for Carroll Properties. He has more than 18 years of experience in hotel management. Prior to joining Carroll Properties Bill spent 7 years with Marriott International as a General Manager with 3 different hotel brands. After leaving Marriott he went to Lodgian, Inc. as a Regional Manager. Lodgian is the 4th largest hotel management firm in the United States.


Marc Collins - Director of Purchasing and Design
Marc is the Director of Purchasing and Design for Carroll Properties Investments, Inc. Marc is responsible for both new properties and renovation design, including landscape design. Marc oversees purchasing at the company and is pictured here with his assistant, Aimee.


Jennifer - Director of Support Services
Jennifer is the Director of Support Services and the Controller at Carroll Properties. She has more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry specializing in hospitality and Corporate Accounting. Jennifer is the team leader for all reports and hotel acquisitions as well as the Human Resources and Payroll Specialist for the firm.

History

Founded in 1966, Carroll Properties Investments, Inc. is a family-owned hospitality management company dedicated to excellent hospitality property management. James P. Carroll and Patricia Carroll, married more than 44 years, purchased their first hotel together in 1966 while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then, their management enterprise has flourished from the modest 21-room hotel they first purchased to multiple hotels featuring 98 or more guest rooms. They now also manage marinas, RV parks and other properties in Florida and Ohio.

For more than 35 years, the Carroll's have focused on hospitality services management, expanding their properties and enhancing the service they provide.
